Felix von Laffert is passionate about exchanging ideas with founders and about topics and technologies that will shape our future. At coparion, he wants to invest in young companies that create real value and thus have the potential to become established employers in the long term. When analyzing business models, he follows the motto: "the truth lies in the numbers". With great respect for the daily sacrifice of founding teams in the realization of their vision, he tries to support them in the best possible way in close partnership. 
 
In his spare time, he plays various ball sports or discovers new locations on his racing bike.
