Jan is a trained economist. After completing his studies, he began his career at a commercial bank before spending many years working for development finance institutions - the DEG (German Investment Corporation) in Cologne and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) in London. Since 2022, he has focused on advisory and supervisory board mandates, including his current roles at ProCredit Holding AG in Germany and ProCredit Bank Ukraine, before joining coparion as Managing Director.
