Growing up in the German province in an entrepreneurial household, Jens Rassloff experienced the challenges of self-employment at an early age. However, he also recognized the positive aspects: independence and the opportunity to realize his own visions. At the age of sixteen, he already founded his first technology company.

Throughout his career, he has worked in various countries in the fields of technology, management consulting, and auditing, holding global leadership positions as a long-standing senior partner at KPMG. Jens has remained an "entrepreneur at heart" with a global mindset, combining business acumen with technical expertise.

His main areas of focus are digital transformation projects and inorganic growth strategies such as alliances, joint ventures, mergers, and acquisitions. Jens divides his time between Germany and the US West Coast, and concentrates on innovations particularly in the areas of AI, cloud computing, and data integrations.
