After a stay abroad, Tim Brans studied business administration at the University of Duisburg-Essen, majoring in taxation and international accounting. Hooked by his major and led by his affinity for numbers, Tim was naturally drawn to the accounting profession. As an accountant, he conducted annual audits for companies of varying sizes –– from family-owned SMEs to publicly listed, international giants. Over the course of five years, Tim thus grew familiar with diverse business models across a wide range of different industries. One-off projects further nourished his expertise. At coparion, Tim enriches the controlling team with his trained eye and his unique perspective. Outside the office, Tim enjoys spending time with his friends or ride on his gravel bike. He is equally passionate about DIY projects.
