Kreske Nickelsen has been investing Venture Capital in European Life Science Companies for nearly 20 years by now at all development stages, from seed stage and start-up to pre-IPO. After her start as strategy consultant, Kreske was one of the founding members of the 3i team in Munich before working a few years for 3i in London. Afterwards, she joined a new Life Science Venture capital Fund in Amsterdam and is now, in addition to her work as an external consultant at coparion, General Partner and CEO of the biggest Polish Life Science Venture Capital Fund in Warsaw. Kreske is passionate about bridging the gap between scientific and economic interests and is excited by new approaches to tackle persistent medical needs.
She lives in Cologne and likes Carnival. Through her international experience and friends all over the world, she has developed a patient and humorous attitude towards dealing with some “typical” German peculiarities.
